A 16-pound stray led about 12 airport workers, five golf carts and a pickup on a chase in Naples, Fla. Now he's a very chill dog named Jet.

Colton Murray was at his desk at the Naples Airport, where he works as a mortgage loan officer (not for the airport), when he saw a tiny dog tearing across the tarmac with a few people chasing him, The Seattle Times reports, carrying a Washington Post story. Then more people. About 12 airport workers joined in. "Five golf carts came from every angle, a pickup truck and an SUV as well," Murray said. Workers caught the pup, learned he was a stray who'd gotten through a fence, and took him to Collier County Domestic Animal Services for a 48-hour stray hold. Murray's video topped 300,000 views. The next morning Yvonne Worrel of Naples saw it and laughed. She had lost her dog, Cash, a little over a month earlier, and that same morning she and her husband visited the shelter. She was drawn to a little dog with no name who just stared and wagged. Then staff mentioned he'd been found at the airport. "I just thought, 'How ironically cool is that?'" she said. The Worrels adopted him once the hold ended, and Murray, who had called to check on the dog, paid the $25 adoption fee. They named him Jet. "My husband was like, 'He was found on an airport tarmac.
